In Memory of Jessie - Raffle - Sept 6th

As some of you may know, our own Jessie just lost her battle with tetanous. Tetanous is a very rare and painful infection that she contracted during her days as a stray before coming to LFS. She fought really hard and we did with her. Unfortunately we lost her. We are all very sad but still honored to have had Jessie with us even if for such a short time. We are especially honored to have been given the chance to give her lots of love and to help her walk painlessly across the rainbow bridge. Had it not been for LFS her demise would have been so much more tragic. This raffle is in memory of Jessie. All the money raised with the raffle will go toward Jessie's vet bill which was over $2000 but worth every penny. Jessie, we will never forget you!

The raffle will start now and will end on September 6th at our adoption day at The Pet Basket. At 12 noon we will be drawing a grand prize. The first lucky winner will win: FOUR One-Day All Adventure Passes for Stone Mountain Park. The second prize is a $50 gift certificate for The Pet Basket.

You can buy tickets between now and September 6th on line by clicking on the "buy now" button below. If you come in person, you can buy tickets on site on September 6th until 12:30pm. One ticket is only $5. For every 3 tickets you buy, we will add one extra entry with your name (so 4 entries for $15). At 12:31 we will have the official drawing. You do not have to be present to win. If you win we will notify you and mail the tickets to you.
